Phase 1 is Moving Quickly!

As the first month of the year comes to an end, we are quickly approaching the end of Phase 1 here at Lava Falls! B&B Custom Homes has just 4 lots left, Hathaway homes has poured their first foundation this Wednesday with a completion timeline of 4/5 months, and they have 15 homes left in this phase. Things are moving quickly and we’re excited for this new community that’s in a prime location in Nampa!

The selection packages of B&B Custom Homes and Hathaway Homes include features like stainless steel appliances, island sconces, covered porches/patios, tile backsplahes, and SO much more!
